Year 2 Visit Shree Jalaram Mandir

The whole of Year 2 visited the Shree Jalaram Mandir, a Hindu Temple in Greenford.

The children heard all about how the Hindu faith respects and values all living beings and welcomes anyone to eat at the Temple from 1-2.30pm every dau and from 7.30-9pm eachThursday.  They talked about the similarities and differences between different religions.

Our children were lucky enough to eat at the Temple and loved trying different foods.  A huge thank you to everyone at the temple who welcomed us so warmly and spoke so eloquently about their faith.
