Microsoft Teams for Parent/Carer consultations

As you've probably seen in the Newsletter this year, like the majority of other schools, we are moving our Parent/Carer meetings on line.

The first thing you will need to do is to book your time as usual using the text link we send to you.

For the meetings themselves we're using Microsoft Teams - which is a user-friendly online meeting tool.

This week you will receive a letter with your child/childrens' user name and password.  We suggest that you use these instructions to ensure that you can easily log in and understand the way it works in advance of the meeting.  Hard copies of these instructions will also be sent home.


For the appointment itself log in a few minutes early and Join the Meeting.  You will then be in an online waiting room - the teacher will know you are there and let you in as soon as the previous meeting has ended.

This is a big change for everyone so please be patient but also let us know if you need help or support.
