Fantastic Football!

The boys football team took part in a local tournament on Tuesday.

The team did BRILLIANTLY.  Four members of the team scored goals  with Will and Kai scoring multiple times.

The whole team worked well together - forwards and defence and were skilful and committed.

At the end of the final game the team were level on points with another school.  Mayfield though were judged to have the best sportmanship and were awarded an additional point to be crowned the winners of the tournament.

We couldn't be prouder!  A huge thank you to Usif for coaching the team and leading the team at the tournament.
