NHS Flu Immunisation

NHS nursing staff will come into school on Tuesday 17th November to administer the Nasal Flu Vaccine, your child will NOT be given the vaccine unless we have a consent form stating 'YES' you consent to your child having the flu vaccine. 

A consent form will go home with your child and must be returned no later than Monday 9th November, if forms are received after this date your child will not receive the Flu Immunisation.

Please see letter from NHS and the Consent Form (this will be sent home with your child).
